In Diablo 2 Tyrael Might, there is a big adjustment in Item Bases, also known as Runeword presses. Item Bases are basically still based on the original mechanics of the game, only with the adjustment of more random options when you smash the Implict.
Now in addition to the runeword casts you have to go to farm to earn, now you can also roll the base with better stats (opt table below).
With this feature when Implict item will have a chance to add from 1 to 3 opt
